Mr. Beans has served as Open Range’s Chief Executive Officer since its founding in October 2004 and has over 20 years of telecom leadership experience. Prior to Open Range, Mr. Beans served as the President of Communications and Media at TeleTech Holdings Inc. and as Chairman, President and CEO of SwitchPoint Networks, Inc., an emerging leader in the development of next-generation networks. He also served as President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of ICG Communications. Previous to ICG, Mr. Beans was an Executive at Teleport Communications Group (TCG), and following acquisition by AT&T, he served as National Vice President of Wireline Operations of AT&T Local Services. Mr. Beans started his professional career in 1988 with Peter Kiewit & Sons, Inc., where he held numerous project management and area director roles within Metropolitan Fiber Systems (MFS), which was sold to Worldcom. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska’s College of Engineering and Technology, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. |

As President and EVP, Sales/Marketing of Open Range, Mr. Hockemeier is responsible for all revenue generating and customer facing activities. Prior to Open Range, he served as President and CEO of Arbinet-thexchange, a leading provider of innovative voice and IP solutions for buying and selling telecommunications capacity. He took the Company public in December, 2004. Before joining Arbinet, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Telephony Operations for AT&T Broadband Services where he was responsible for launching local and long distance telephone service over cable in a dozen large U.S. markets. From 1993 to 1999 he served as Senior Vice President for Teleport Communications Group, Inc., where he was responsible for affiliate services, construction of its newly developing markets and relationships with the cable industry. Mr. Hockemeier began his telecommunications career with Cox Communications in 1980 and was Vice President and General Manager of the Company's Oklahoma City cable operation from 1983 through 1992. He holds a B.J. degree from the University of Missouri and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Program for Management Development.

Mr. Edwards leads Open Range’s finance initiatives and brings with him extensive experience in corporate accounting and finance. Prior to joining Open Range, Mr. Edwards was Corporate Controller for Teletech Holdings, Inc. Before that he served in various finance roles including Vice President of Global Pricing, and Director of Finance. Prior to this he served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Telseon, Inc., a start-up telecommunications company. Mr. Edwards began his career as Manager of Audit and Business Advisory Services for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Sydney, Australia and San Francisco. He is an Australian Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.

Mr. Saeed has led Open Range’s sales, marketing and corporate development initiatives since May 2005. He has more than 20 years of experience in wireless communication sales with T-Mobile and AT&T Wireless. He has also held sales leadership positions with AccessLine Communications, and CCH-LIS. Mr. Saeed is a graduate of the University of Denver Business School with a BSBA in Business Law. |

Mr. Paglusch is EVP Network Development with responsibility for new market planning, deployment of the nationwide network, vendor negotiations, and supplier management. Prior to joining Open Range Mr. Paglusch was a partner at Leadergy Catalyst, and served as its President and Chief Operating Officer. He has served as SVP Operations for Movida Communications, Chief Operating Officer at Windstream Communications and EVP Operations at Global Signal prior to its sale to Crown Castle. He spent 18 years with Sprint Corporation, where he held executive positions in local, long distance, wireless and corporate organizations, including President of Sprint E-Solutions, Chief Procurement Officer and SVP-Operations for Sprint PCS, where he led the start-up and build-out of Sprint’s wireless network. Before joining Sprint, Mr. Paglusch was with Mountain Bell, AT&T, and Southwestern Bell. |

Mr. Leventhal is General Counsel of Open Range Communications Inc. He has more than 25 years experience as a business lawyer. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of First Data Corporation’s government services division. Prior to that assignment he was Senior Vice President –Business Development & Legal Affairs where he identified and implemented various technology related acquisitions and investments. He began his career at First Data as Chief Legal Officer of Colorado based operations. He has also served as General Counsel of a prominent publicly held Colorado based banking institution. Before coming to Colorado, Mr. Leventhal practiced law with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York City. He received his undergraduate degree from Brown University and his law degree from Boston University School of Law. He also attended the Institute of European Studies at the London School of Economics. He is a member of the bar in Colorado, New York, and Massachusetts. |

As Senior Vice President of People Services, Mr. Matthews oversees Open Range's leadership, culture, team development and human resource efforts. He works to recruit, train and build a quality management team and empowers it with the tools needed to create a dynamic and successful organization. Mr. Matthews has 20 years of experience hiring, consulting, training and teaching people skills to current and emerging leaders across many fields. He has worked in the leadership and the financial development side of the non-profit industry, working to put effective and productive teams in place worldwide. He has also spoken and taught in national and international venues. Mr. Matthews's history also includes working in the fields of publishing, technology sales and marketing, investment management, and foundation management. He also hosts and facilitates forums for high-level executives to focus on the integration of business, ethics, parenting, leadership, marriage, faith and comparable worldviews. Mr. Matthews is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a BS in Political Science. He earned his master's degree in Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, Calif. |
