Direct Sales Representative

The Direct Sales team will work closely with our Sales Managers to execute our sales initiative in each market. Regional Sales Managers
The RSM will oversee a regional sales effort for a door to door sales campaign in each market within a specific region. The RSM will organize and develop a sales team that will be responsible for delivering subscribers within each market. This position requires successful previous door to door sales and management experience in the telecommunications industry. Base salary plus commission as well as bonus potential. This person, if successful, may have significant succession and growth potential.
Field Sales Support Specialist
The sales support specialist’ primary responsibility is to drive sales by supporting all sales activity in the Regional field office. Support will include the door to door sales program, the dealer sales program and the schools program. The sales support specialist will help develop and train sales material to educate and train the door to door sales group and the dealer base. The sales support specialist will be responsible for inventory management and reporting. In addition, the sales support specialist will be responsible for generating the daily sales report and reporting direct sales commissions to the payroll department weekly. The sales support specialist will act as the main conduit of information from the General Manager of the region to the field sales team. The sales support specialist will participate in event selling activities that may include weekend work.
RF Engineer
Responsible for the architect and implementation of the microwave strategy that provided the most cost effective solution that meets the networks needs. Identify fiber Points of Presence and evaluate them for microwave feasibility to server surrounding clusters. Review and submit microwave path coordinations and FCC licensing paperwork. Generate and track appropriate RUS paperwork including form 245 and 773. Evaluate vendor equipment and setting to optimize performance from a RF and IP perspective.
QAAG Supervisor
The QAAG Supervisor / Team Lead reports to the Director, Implementation, Quality Assurance and Acceptance; and is responsible for ensuring the supervision of Infrastructure Ready (“IR”) to Commercial Ready (“CR”) time lines in compliance with Open Range quality standards. In this role, your experience with technical process management and standardization will enable you to expertly oversee and ensure that all acceptance and CR goals are met on time. The following are prerequisites for the position: bachelor’s degree, 3+ years telecommunications industry experience with emphasis process supervision, equipment commissioning, and validation of network equipment, ability to manage multiple time line aspects of a large-scale project across a wide geographic area and an appreciation for the unique and exciting aspects of a start-up environment.
Contract Compliance Associate
This position will report to the Management of Capital Planning and RUS compliance and will be responsible for assisting all departments in the organization in managing through USDA- Rural Utilities Service (RUS) contracting and compliance issues associated with the Company’s Capital Plan.

CRM/Billing Support Analyst
We have an immediate opportunity for someone with technical experience in supporting CRM and Billing systems including interface adaptors utilizing WEB services. Technical Support is needed for the Salesforce CRM system and our ZUORA Billing Systems. This candidate must have a working knowledge of supporting systems functioning through the cloud. The role also requires experience working with Salesforce CRM system or other major cloud based CRM systems. Other experience needed in working with ZUORA Billing System or other major cloud based billing systems. Area Program Manager
Reports to Vice President, Deployment. Focused on overall regional strategic oversight with primary emphasis on ensuring all deployment objectives are met on time, preferably earlier. Establishes and manages goals and objectives for Deployment Project Management team, while leveraging external resources. Interfaces with DSP and OEM on critical planning, resource, and logistics issues. Develops, implements, and enforces processes and procedures, always looking for creative ways to shorten cycle times and bring inventory to market earlier than projected. Takes on critical issues: troubled markets, logistics breakdowns, etc., clearing the way for overall deployment success. Represents the deployment team to internal and external stakeholders, with increased focus on partnering with and reporting progress to the sales GMs and market managers. Travel to markets as necessary.
Project Manager, Contract Compliance
Reports to Vice President, Deployment. Manages, documents and reports steady and timely flow of all deployment-related contracts and financials. Partners with RUS compliance team to ensure that all pre-construction (245), physical construction (773), and out-of-scope construction work (exclusions) are properly contracted and reported. Spends a significant amount of time in SAP and spreadsheets creating, querying, reconciling and tracking purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), goods and service receipts. Manages all invoicing from intake, approval, and submission to accounting. Creates and reports detailed financial reconciliations and metrics upon request.
Project Manager, Acquisition & Leasing
Reports to Area Program Manager; matrix line to Project Manager (Contracts & Compliance). Focused on all acquisition, leasing and zoning productivity for a given region. Spends 90% of time attending internal and external daily meetings with the goal of building a pipeline of network infrastructure opportunities. Leverages DSP staff to accomplish internal acquisition and zoning goals. Troubleshoots and gets directly involved with challenging sites, situations and troubled markets. Emphasis on long- range vision with primary focus on IR goals greater than 60-days out, with special focus on bringing in markets early. Handoff to Project Manager (Pre-construction & Logistics) upon successful lease execution and zoning approval with several is overlapping activities prior to hand off. Occasional travel to markets if necessary.
Project Manager, Pre-construction & Logistics
Reports to Area Program Manager; matrix line to Project Manager (QA & Standards). Focused exclusively on all site design, engineering, permitting, and logistics functions for a given area. Spends 80% of time attending internal and external daily meetings with the goal of ensuring pre-construction and logistics activities are planned and performed without fail. Leverages DSP staff to accomplish internal goals as they relate specifically to reaching IR. Troubleshoots and gets directly involved in challenging pre-construction and logistics situations. Heavy emphasis on mid-range vision with primary focus on 30 to 60-day IR goals, with handoff to Project Manager (Implementation) upon building permit issuance and securing both RAN & IRM materials. Occasional travel to markets as necessary.
Project Manager, Implementation & Integration
Reports to Area Program Manager; matrix line to Project Manager (QA & Standards). Manages construction, implementation, integration and commissioning productivity for a given region. Spends 50% - 75% of time in the field ensuring IR goals are met without fail. Anticipates and resolves field complications and establishes risk plans to ensure IR dates are met. Leverages DSP and MyCom I&C staff to accomplish internal implementation goals. Troubleshoots and gets directly involved in challenging implementation and integration issues. Heavy emphasis on tactical, short-range vision with primary focus on IR to 30-day activities. Hands off to Operations management upon reaching IR. Will travel, if not be located in, markets as necessary.
Field Operations Technician
Several Field Operations Technician positions will be hired within the next year. FOT's will be responsible for assisting with the implementation, operations, maintenance, sales support, and evolution of a new Wireless Broadband Service architecture. Selected candidates will take responsibility for applying the Open Range Communications Operations Methods and Procedures to clusters of cities and markets in specific Open Range markets, and will have demonstrable experience in installation, maintenance, and operations of carrier-grade wireless transport and backhaul networks. Experience with wireless communication site testing, turnover, and integration. Experience installing, maintaining, and operating batteries, generators, rectifiers and other power related components for communications sites.
